ERIC D. COLLIER - President and CEO

An experienced executive and consultant with more than 30 years in business, Eric is often recognized for his abilities as a leader, coach, facilitator and producer of outstanding business results. 

Eric held numerous executive and management positions during his 23 years at IBM, most recently as a senior manager in IBM's Federal Sector Company. Eric has a B.S. in management science from Florida Atlantic University and has participated in ongoing technical and management courses that include executive development programs at the University of Virginia's Darden School. 

Eric is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the company and implementation of consulting services.  He is a former board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-Atlantic and continues to participate in fundraising activities.  Eric coaches youth baseball and football within his community in Bethesda and teaches Sunday school at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Church. He also plays baseball (not softball) himself in two local men's senior leagues. He is currently writing a book on Operational Synergy.

Alan Klein

Alan has worked in a variety of public and private settings as a trainer, consultant, facilitator, administrator and teacher. Currently he specializes in training and consulting in the areas of leadership, cultural diversity, education, team building and communication. He also provides organizations and other groups with support and facilitation in the use of large group methodologies such as SimuReal, Future Search and Open Space Technologies. He was elected to membership in the NTL Institute for the Applied Behavioral Sciences in 1998.

Alan received his M.Ed. at West Virginia University and holds a BA in Social Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan. He is a certified administrator of the Myers Bringss Type Indicator (MBTI) and is the author of "The TypeWatching Toolkit", the leading computer program used internationally to support MBTI trainers and consultants.

 

Allison Johnson specializes in human development, diversity and prevention of sexual harassment training. She has had an extensive career with the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army culminating in an appointment as the senior advisor for equal opportunity and diversity issues at the Pentagon, Washington, DC. Allison received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma. In 1998, Ms. Johnson received the prestigious Certified Professional Consultants to Management (CPCM) designation from the National Bureau of Certified Consultants. Ms. Johnson is often asked to speak on success and motivation because of her dynamic personality, high-energy training sessions and her "never quit attitude."

 

John R. McCall

As an organization development consultant and trainer, John works with various private, governmental, and non-profit clients in the areas of strategic planning, cultural diversity, team building, and coaching. Prior to external consulting work, John held managerial, internal consultant, and staff positions with Baltimore Gas and Electric. He also served as a nuclear reactor operator on a submarine in the U.S. Navy.

John is an adjunct faculty member at American University, School of Public Affairs, with the Masters Program in Organization Development, and joint venture with NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science.

John has an M.S. in Organization Development from American University and a B.S. in Technology and Management from the University of Maryland.

 

Cynthia Mordaunt Rosborough

Cynthia (Cindy) Mordaunt Rosborough is an experienced communications professional with over 25 years of management experience for clients in diverse industries such as software, utilities, health care and e-commerce.

Cindy leverages this experience in her work with current clients as a coach and facilitator, helping clients assess their current strengths and then helping them build interpersonal and operational strategies to achieve organizational goals. She is dedicated to helping individuals and groups "think creatively and act differently."

Cindy has a B.A. degree in history from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Fellows in Change Management Program. She is qualified to provide Myers Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI) Assessment and Feedback. Cindy is also completing certification as a Instructional Designer/Developer. Cindy is a member of OD Network, Future Search Network, The Writers Center and the Washington D.C. Women's Center.

 

Martin A. Reisinger  

Martin Reisinger brings over 20 years of experience as an instructional designer, training manager and facilitator. Marty has worked for major corporations, including Citicorp and CSX Intermodal, where he directed management and information systems training programs. He has a strong interest in emerging technology and uses his skills and understanding to help clients manage and maximize the interface between people, learning and technology.

Marty has supported his clients-Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies-in many diverse projects. He has designed and produced organizational needs assessments, workshops, and CD-ROM and web-based courses. Some of the workshop topics are: "Train-the-Trainer for Managers," "Presentation Skills," "Instructional Systems Design for Technology Based Training," "Supervisory Skills," and "Managing a Technical Workforce." Marty recently has been developing eLearning initiatives for his corporate clients. He holds a BS from Loyola College in Maryland and an MS from the Johns Hopkins University

Matt Minahan, Ed. D. 

Matt specializes in organization design and development, improving leadership, management effectiveness and decision making. As a principal in his own consulting firm he has led consulting teams in the design, facilitation and implementation of several enterprise-wide change programs for clients in both the US federal government, private industry and international organizations. He held Senior Management positions at The World Bank including most recently as a Senior Management Consultant, Institutional Change and Strategy. Prior to joining The World Bank, Matt was a Senior Consultant, Human Resources Management, for Arthur Young and Company.

Matt has an Ed. D. in Organization and Human Resource Development from George Washington University, and MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from the Hartford School of Business. Matt has written many articles and is a frequent speaker on topics such as productivity in government, organizational design and development and leadership

Michele has been referred to by one of her clients as the "go to trainer."
